I try to take screenshots by pressing the share button but only change profile

Elite controllers do not have a share button.

The button in the middle changes which custom button profile is active on it.

TacticaT is correct. You can, however, map any of the paddles to the share button functionality from the Xbox Accessories app. Provided you have paddles.

🙃 That's not right, so I want to take screenshots like Xbox one on a new generation controller, thanks for the answers, I'll try to get the additional buttons to assign the function to them at some point thanks
