I have reached out to your support team multiple times and every time they hang up. My account was hacked and my home xbox was changed. My family no longer has access to the games on my account or the subscription I pay for. I am really frustrated with Xbox/Microsoft and am ready to switch to play station. this is crazy you have lost a costumer.
