Dusting out my Xbox for a friend. Slotted it back together, but now there’s no touch activation on the power light and HDMI signal. Fans and mobo light turn on. I’ve changed the cord twice, and reconnected all cables. Power cord worked prior to disassembly. Any ideas?

Yea, there is a reason they say that there are no user serviceable parts inside the Xbox.
And a reason there is no removable panel for easy access to the fan or filter.

Unfortunately you’ve broken it, voided the warranty, and need to get it professionally repaired or buy a new one
