#internet cutting in and out

So I tried moving my router but it didn’t work so I put it back in the original place, now randomly every 20-30 mins my internet only on my Xbox turns off for like 3 seconds then randomly boots back on. Should I unplug and restart my router or do something else? This is only happening to my Xbox.
