This message has been bugging me everytime i wanted to play my (quite old) copy of black ops 2 it says i need to insert a game disc/music cd etc, how do i fix it?

the disc doesnt work in any other xbox, except for my old 360 but it only reads the game it doesn’t launch it properly, and every other disk works in my xbox
