just tried buying game pass again after my subscription expired, i try buying it and it says “We couldn’t get authorisation for this purchase.”

is this an issue on my end or an xbox itself issue?

it means that the transaction couldn't be authorised that could be down to a whole host of things 1st you want too make sure there is enough money in the account contact your bank try again if it continues contasct support providing it isnt your bank stopping it sue to funds
