so i have an xbox one s, i have been using it since 2017, recently i changed my billing info on my microsoft account, i removed the old one and replaced it, one day later i turn on my xbox and it loads with opening screen, but when it gets to the menu where its supposed to show your games and stiff, its a black screen, same with the sign in menu, i can still see the side bar when you press the xbox button on the controller, but the screen is black, after a while of using it, the screen completely froze, and my controller couldnt do anything, i heard no sounds on my headphone, meaning the xbox just stopped working (could still hear it running, it jus stopped functioning on screen)
the first time i loaded it, it took really long, way longer than it needed to be, it stayed on the opening screen, i turned it off and as i did that the sign in menu popped up but i had turned the xbox
the 2nd time i turned it on it was the black screen, i decides to turn it off
the 3rd time i turned it on, it showed “check your hdmi cable” message thing, says we lost connection for a second, i check and its completely fine.
4th time i turn it on is what happened in my explanation in the first paragraph, i really dont know what to do, the monitor is completely normal, it functions perfect but when i use it on xbox it gets weirded out, please if anybody had an explanation it would be great.
