I got charged for 1 month of Xbox ultimate despite turning recurring billing off on the date of expiration. I purchased a 3-month subscription with Microsoft points and did not notice that I was charged with real money until 3 weeks later on the one month subscription. How do I get a refund on the one month subscription?
