Bad download speed

Hi, we have 150mbps download speed plan which works fine on my laptop, yet when connected on my xbox, i only get between 20-30mbps.
Can anyone help as i would really like to have the 150mbps download on my xbox aswell

Download speed is heavily throttles if you have a game running on the background.
