If it is listed there as supported, and your friend's card in the same region works, then clearly it is your card or your bank

You should try calling your bank. They can tell you why the card is being rejected.

yes, call ur bank and tell them to enable international transactions. or do it via app. I dont know how to do it via app so u have to check a yt tutorial

I just didnt do anything withmy car. Nowdays my uncle pays for my games and my mom just gives him back the money through cash :)
