So I guys, I've plugged my "XBOX 360's controller to my pc for play 2k21 for the first time and for some reason it didn't worked, I've plugged the cable I've put new batteries and even put the one charger that you don't need batteries but still, no succes. Can someone help me please?

If it's a wireless 360 controller (which you said it needs batteries, so it sounds like it) it doesn't work by plugging it in. You'd need the Xbox 360 wireless adapter for PC

They aren't made anymore, you'd be better off just buying an Xbox One / Xbox Series controller.
