when i try to use discord on my console it says your privacy settings are wrong and i go to privacy settings and it says there is a service error try again my console is series x and i cant enter groups when i join a group there is a error code 0x801901f7

Did you search the error code on Google ?

That error code is a network issue your console isn't connected to Xbox live that's why you can't change those settings

It's a time out error by the look of it so reset your router and Xbox

i have game pass ultimate and gold membership
