To begin with, this Xbox has gone to a repair store and has brand new thermal paste.

The Xbox runs and starts normally, and can play non graphically strenuous games. The issue arises when I play something like RDR2 where I play for a minute or less until it hard crashes, and then goes to the Xbox main menu.

I have gotten new thermal paste and I have no idea what to do from here. Please help!

not something peopel can help with if it was repaired outside of MS offical repair services.

It wasn't repaired, he just reapplied thermal paste. He did nothing else. The issue was there before hand.

that is repaired. Self repair is not allowed.

You will need to send it to Xbox for repair (if you can still due to opening it, they may not take it) or get a new one
