When I turn on my Xbox, its screen turns black and I can't do anything. I've already tried to disconnect from the TV wires with the Xbox and the green Xbox introduction screen appeared but when it comes time to choose the user, the screen again turns black and I can't do anything. I don't know if this is a problem just for me because I have friends who reported the same kind of problem. Please help me.
