That's all it requires. You set it as the home console on HIS ACCOUNT. Then any account signed into that console will have access to the games.

Yours. Multiple accounts can have a console set as their home console, but you can only have one console set as your home console.
So you could both set your console to the home console, but he couldn't have yours and his own set as his home console.

Okay, so basically.
You can set multiple accounts on one console as the home console for those accounts.
You cannot set multiple consoles as the home console for the same person.
If you don't understand that, I really don't know how to explain it.
