Does it work when you plug it in with a USB cable?
Two questions,
- Do you mean xbox one s or xbox seriess?
2)Did u sync your controller?
have you tried connecting with a USB cable
Try the controller on a other device
Try a other controller on the xbox
I lugged it in and nothing semed to happen eventually leading to my xbox shutting itself off
Series s, thats the first thing i did but no luck
try usb cable
I tried usbbcable but nothing, ill try that, both of my controllers wont sync
Ngl ik this might be a stupid question but check ur batteries
I did plug it in but nothing seemed to happen, just a pulsing light untill they both turned off
First thing i did
Two different controllers aren't working? Try to power cycle your console.
When it's on hold down the power button for 10 seconds to fully shut it down and then turn it back on again.
Off the mircrosoft stre thru amazon
Ok ill try that
Ok so
I fully power cycled my xbox
I tried re syncing my controller
Xbox goes back to normal but controller keeps pulsing
Same with a different controller
if it keeps pulsing, u didnt sync it right
I pressed both at the same time
Both flashed quickly then slowly than stopped for a quick second
Then the controller went back to pulsing, not flashing
Ill try and get a video one sec
The USB Cable you're using might just be a power cable and not a data cable. When you controller is pulsing, press the little pairing button on top and it will pulsate faster.
When it does that, hit the pair button on your console. The little black button next to the USB Port
I feel so stuid, as i was recorsing it fixed itself, even though i did all these steps several times
Thank you all for the help
Absolutely no problem, glad it works now!
