My ps5 has a wifi booster and im gonna get a xbox series s and jm wondering if i could buy a ethernet switch with cat6 cable. Do i need to buy the booster again or can i just use the switch and cat6?

His Xbox and his PlayStation are going to be in a separate room I didn’t realize this at first. And I recommend him a Ethernet switch I think he needs advice for getting wired internet into separate room.

Xbox has wifi built in and the antenna is pretty decent. Don’t bother buying “boosters” until you absolutely have to

I get like 300 ping on my wifi
And the booster thing is 2$ per month so its not bad
And it gives me awesome wifi
