I just bought the Diablo 4 console bundle and I want to redeem the diablo 4 but the console doesn't have direct digital offer. This console was brand new from walmart about an hour ago

no code on receipt and it was a walk in purchase

digital direct means you boot the console, go into settings and "came with this console" will be where you can add it.

I dont remember the path you need to click but it is there
