Im trying to download gta and it says check back in a little bit but i dont see it installing in queue and it says manage how do i fix

Try refreshing your home menu (Short press on Xbox button -> Menu button -> A). Does it appear in the queue after that?

Try power cycling your console. Hold the Xbox button on it for 10 seconds and when it turns off turn it back on again.

Huh might be some temporary server related issue then. You should still be able to start the download of the game through the Xbox mobile app or a web browser.
If you don't have the option you might have to enable Remote Features on your console first if they aren't already.

Settings -> Devices & connections -> Remote features. Here check the "Enable remote features" box
