I can’t connect to the Wi-Fi even tho it says it connected and I’m having trouble logging into my account. With the Wi-Fi it’s like a hit or miss. I either can connect to the Wi-Fi but nothing loads in, Ex. The Home Screen says to connect to Wi-Fi but I’m able to see my friends list or I’m just not able to play online games because I can’t connect to the server. I’m not able to connect to my account or I’ll be able to login in then it would just login me out in a few min. I don’t know what’s going please help

It keeps saying “Try again in a while” “We can’t sign you in. Try again in a few minutes or check service status in Xbox Assist. “
The error code is 0x87DD0019 isn’t that an Xbox service error?
if you google the error code or search for it on the xbox support page it explain the issue. It is related too a connection issue https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/errors/error-code-0x87dd0019
I would advise clearing your MAC or reseting your router and Xbox.
It’s working for me now but apparently my friend is having the same trouble. I didn’t do nothing to fix it so I’m thinking it’s on Microsoft side of things?
