Every time I try to install fallout 3 goty I keep getting the error codes 0x80070032 and 0x80004004. I tried looking them up but it didn't tell me how to fix it.

1.it will not install the dlcs of the disk. They start to install but then they wont, it provides me with error code 0x80070032
2. I have tried completely deleting the gam and reinstalling it. I have tried installing everything directly onto the internal storage.
3. I have looked up the error code but there was no real awnser on how to fix it.

After you hit the error, you can search the Fallout 3 game in the store and while the disc is inserted in the console still, you should have the option to install from the store on the console. You should also be able to see all related DLC from the store page of Fallout 3 and should be able to install all DLC licensed by that disc directly
It's a pain, but it's a bug we're working on fixing.
