why can't I change my xbox profile picture?

It is stuck on loading and in the app it says that an error has occurred.

I cant change it on the website, xbox console or the app on my pc!

that won't matter if it doesn't even let me change it, I put a custom one years ago and wanna change it now but it's just tuck on loading when I click to change it

try on a differnt device and make sure your privacy settings allow custom pics.
