Broken HDMI port(?)

My Xbox will never connect picture anymore and when it does it’s usually black screen like if I connect my laptop and played a 10 hour black screen but if I move it around I can see pixels come and go so I think the hdmi ports done for any suggestions #1091756150644555946

I also swapped the sides that were being plugged in and it worked on the tv before

okay so the console would need too be sent too Microsoft for repair then

Yeaa I figured but I heard about them not sending original Xbox 1 back

If its a oringail xbox one they do not repair those any more so you need too replace the console or find some where that will repair it on you

There's a... reset thing where you hold down the power button for extra long until it beeps a second time.

That might help. It's a last resort, but it has helped me.

I believe what it is doing is resetting the video output mode (and maybe other things) to default.
