I apologize for my sometimes incorrect English, but I am not a native speaker.
Good evening, I contact you because I have encountered a problem that I can not solve in any way...
The platform on which I play is Windows 11, the package I bought is that "java and bedrock" on the Microsoft store. When I enter any single player world (with cheats disabled and never been activated, in survival) and I do some achievements, such as, for example, to open the inventory or create a crafting table etc. The game doesn't "recognize" that I actually made that achievement.
If I go to the list of achievements, it tells me that they are all blocked, I have not unlocked even one...
I tried to create a new world and do some simple goals, but even then they are not recognized as completed....
So I tried to uninstall minecraft and delete all the folders and settings that changes when you install, and then install it again. Nothing to do, it doesn't work anyway.
I don't know what to do.. How do I solve the problem? pls help.
P. S. If you're wondering, yes. I logged in with my Microsoft/Xbox live account (MikyOdiernaa@outlook.it). I also tried to see if the Xbox app said that I completed the achievements, but even there it says no.
