I have a game that I haven't updated for a while, and when I update it, it requires a large update, for example 12 GB, after it requires an update that is larger than the size of the game.
Anyone have a solution?

If the game requires updates then it requires updates. If it’s somehow stuck in a loop and doing it still after rebooting the console, then deleting and reinstalling is the next thing to try.
