My xbox keeps turning offit went to this screen it said restart or troubleshoot k pressed restart now it jusg stays as black screen ive tried fully unplugging it

That still doesn't change the fact that those are the things needed to solve the issue. If you don't have those things, your next step is to obtain whichever you can.

Access to a PC is sufficient. So if your friend or a relative has one, school/work, local library, whatever.
