#xbox controller bluetooth not working

I have this problem with a xbox elite core series 2
controller is on firmware version
5.17.3202.0
Ive tried too power cycle the controller and attempted too update it. But theres no new updates available. I couldn't find any other relavent troubleshooting methods.
I cant find anything about this on google. The most ive been able too find about it is other post with people saying they cant conect too there pc with the controller. Im on a xbox series s, and ive found that i cant even conect too my phone from bluetooth.
I know this is probably all over the place. But idont know what else too do at this point. I hope that there is a way to fix this. Thank you for your time and have a good day/nigth

  1. The Xbox doesn't have bluetooth.
  2. Does your phone even see the Xbox controller in pairing mode?
  3. Does your pc even see the controller in pairing mode?

Neither my phone or computer can see it when its in pairing mode.
