why cant i connect to xbox when it clearly states im connected to the internet, but when i go to the store or try to do anything online xbox related it says im not connected??

  2. When someone says "everything", it tells me they tried nothing.

  1. When I connect to the internet in settings but i come back out and its connected to nothing at all, cant go into microsoft store , etc..

Verify the speed of your console’s connection:
Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings.
Select Test network speed & statistics.

You've rebooted your network? You do this by unplugging the modem/router and leaving it unplugged for minimum 30s then plugging it all back in, and trying again

Start with a Google search. There are a plethora of instruction articles, including those from Microsoft.

Failing that, contact Microsoft support. They can assist you with account issues.
