ight, straight to the point, I bought a xbox 360 (I think its a 360) controller at walmart, it lights up, back buttons, etc. and so im having an issue with RT and LT working, I cant show, but i used an online program to see what it did, and it went to 32 for RT, and 37 for LT, it doesnt fully register, why did this happen and whats the fastest/easiest way to fix it?

Im not sure if it was new or used, and on the online website im using to test the buttons, it says "Xbox 360 Controller (XInput STANDARD GAMEPAD)", so I'm gonna assume it is

I tried with a couple games on smth like Roblox, games that have controller support, I can try on something like Hollow Knight as well to be sure

Try a shooter like cod or overwatch 2. Lt would usually for aiming and rt 4 firing weapon

If it doesnt work get a refund from walmart or a replacement. Personally i like the newer xbox controllers.

Usually most stores says if it doesnt work return 4 a refund
