I bought a Shock Blue Xbox Series Wireless controller from Walmart on April 8th 2023, well today I had issues with this controller today as the Right Trigger (RT) started to make a crunchy noise and the Left Trigger(LT) didn’t make a sound. I went to see if my controller has a warranty on it and the issue is that the Warranty was expired BEFORE I purchased the controller, on March 12, 2023. I’m more confused why Xbox would make a warranty expire before it was even bought from any Retailer and the warranty should be activated as it was purchased not from the manufacturing date. I’ve been a long time supporter of Xbox and have always loved Xbox for it’s longevity in controllers. I need help for this issue.
