Windows 10: Microsoft Store/All other apps connected to Xbox do not work.

Keeps giving all sorts of errors, I have tried all sorts of fixes.

Xbox is reporting "Teredo is unable to qualify", microsoft store is reporting "You'll need the internet for this" with error code "0x800704cf"

Microsoft Edge is also reporting the same.

I am connected to the internet.

I have tried fixes for teredo, and nothing has worked
