One day I tried logging into my account and it wanted me to verify it was me. The problem is that I don’t remember having an email that goes j.*****@yahoo.com since it only shows the first two characters. I don’t have enough information apparently when I try the account recovery and every time I call xbox support it gives me an ai and refuses a person. This honestly makes me want to go to playstation especially since my account is worth thousands of dollars.
