Question about purchase emails

Whenever your subscription to game pass gets paid are you supposed to get an email bc I don't (about the purchase going through)

Usually whenever u buy something from microsoft u should get an email with the order number

Or is it only the first purchase

I wouldnt know i dont use recurring billing on my ultimate sub

I’ve never gotten an email for my recurring subscription. I do get them for other purchases through Microsoft tho.

U probably need to check u cc statement or whatever u use to pay 4 ur sub to see if the recurring amount is correct
