Hey, i've noticed overtime that the video quality the xbox youtube is beyond bad. I've tried looking it up, and it seems alot of others had this issue on the xbox one times.
I have tried hard resetting, checking my display settings, even switching TVs and TV settings (to the calibrated TV settings)
Also tried to look for settings on quality on the internet version of YouTube, but it didn't work.
Along the way i've noticed that the ads that play are easily playing on 60fps and probably the highest quality (nevertheless better than the actual video quality.)
So i've been wondering if there are any fixes for this, or has YouTube just made it so that the video quality is worse than the ads etc.

it all depends every video will be different depending what it was uploaded at but you can change the resolution but if it was uploaded at 720p or not even that its going too look bad compared too something that is 4k
it will also lower the resolution based on bandwidth and the connection
I'm gonna assume it's a bandwidth issue, because i've tried checking if it's my connection or the video itself (by watching the same video on my phone) and on my phone it'll work flawlessly. How do i fix the bandwidth?
I don’t know if it’s still bugged. But for sometime the auto quality would default to the lowest. I would have to change it for each video. Don’t know if you’re having the same experience.
