Accessory issue

So I have a keyboard and mouse connected to my Xbox. It’s getting power because the caps lock button glows, however no button works on it. I can’t navigate the Home Screen or move in any game. It’s the same thing with my mouse. It’s getting power from my Xbox but doesn’t move anything. Pls help

I don’t know if the keyboard works on the dashboard.
But keyboard only works in like a dozen or so games. What game are you trying?

Roblox. It worked previously. Could it have been a setting or something?

Ensure your keyboard and mouse are directly connected to the Xbox, to rule out any issues with a hub
