How do i refund?
#accidentally renewed subscription, i thought I turned off reoccruing billing but it still renewed

I know, but it didn't really help. I wanted to show a few pictures but i cant. It says I can't contact support, directs me to the refund page instead then it doesn't show me my subscription payment down below. I never confirmed anything, neither did I know it was today and I thought i turned off reoccurring payment, i just want my 11 pounds back

Alright, thanks, but is it normal for orders or paid subscriptions not to be shown in the refund page? Under all that text ( I could show a pic in DMs if you dont know what im talking about )
Because i also tried using the "cancel subscription" button but it told me i have already paid for it

its a recurring payment so i'm not sure how they manage refunds or if they even do.

there is a option at the bottom that says dont see the item in your order history you click that and it takes you too a forum too fill out. The order number you get from your conformation email .

I think i figured it out, it's because it's a subscription it says You can't refund it unless ure from specific countries, that's really frustrating. Well. i guess this is it

you can fill out that form to request a refund but it doesnt mean you get one but you can try

I did try the cancel subscription button and it said i already paid for it so i can't cancel it so that makes more sense
