I purchased a dlc on the wrong account. Is there a way to get it on my main account?

Submit a refund request.
Then buy it on the correct account

Also I strongly suggest picking a single account and sticking with it. Having multiple accounts always ends in tears.

I did request a refund it wasn’t accepted

I think you can appeal a declined refund.
Refunds tend to only be declined if you’ve played the game a ton or if you are a frequent refund abuser.

If you’ve been using your purchase then you don’t get a refund yea.
