I have error 0x80A40401

Since 4th May I and many people (mostly in Russia, but this error have also people in other countries) have error 0x80A40401. Microsoft did not make announcements or posts about this error. In Russia over 30% people have this error. Why? (This error occurs on all types of xbox)
