I don't have bluetooth on my pc, so I when I try to plug it into my pc, the controller vibrates, then the xbox button doesn't light up. When i press the xbox button, it starts flashing like it wants to pair to something. Also, when I use my keyboard with the controller plugged in, I hear the windows disconnect and reconnect sound within quick succession. Any help?
I've tried installing the Xbox accessories app, but it shows there are no connections.

Which OS version?
Is your controller and keyboard plugged in to a usb hub or is each connected directly to the computer?
Have you tried different usb cables?

I had to check my devices and printers in control center, it was appearing but i had to go to properties and install drivers
