In terms even a child could understand - If you are removed from this server, that doesn't mean you'll be banned from XBox. If you don't break the rules on XBox itself, you have nothing to worry about. If you don't break the rules of this server, you won't be banned from this server.

I don't know how much clearer it can be.

It is the XBox server. Being banned from the XBox server doesn't mean you'll be banned from XBox itself.
