My refund was approved 2 weeks ago but no money was returned to my account,this is really bothering me because I wanted to buy another game that was on sale with the money I was supposed to get from the refund. but the sale is over now.
FYI I refunded the game because It wasnt working.
I try to contact support but im not allowed to web chat or have a call, all im allowed to do Is click on "request a refund" which is not what I want to do at all.
