I'm trying to use the Xbox Party Text Chat from my mobile while being connected to the voice chat on Xbox so I can hear the in-game audio while still replying to people easily through my mobile, Is there a way to do this?

You can but you need to be on a separate account on your phone to do this

Unfortunately you can't whilst on the same account
