I have bluetooth on. Samsung Galaxy s20+. am on home wifi.So i keep trying to connect my xbox controller to my phone for remote play and it keeps saying it can't connect

Does the faceplate on the controller surround the Xbox button? Or is it surrounded by plastic matching the bumpers?
