Hello Xbox Staff, I hope you are doing well. I have the same situation as pretty much everyone else in the Microsoft Rewards auto redeem Reddit thread. It was an issue pinned by the mods. Please have a look when you get the chance. My Microsoft Reward is set to GamePass Ultimate on auto-renew. Ever since the beginning of May my points have not been taken. I have a lot more than enough points for the transaction to take place. I haven’t received a code in my email like I usually do. I haven’t received a decline message in my order history. Yes, I have used report a problem on console to submit this issue. I’m worried about using Xbox Support because I don’t want them to double charge my reward points which they have done twice in the past. I’m posting here as another form of submitting and escalating the issue. As always, thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.
