When I try to use Xbox app on pc and try to login it says I'm banned or suspended? but I'm on Xbox right now and I'm not banned or suspended, neither have I gotten any email?

It’s a glitch from a few weeks back. I thought it was patched already. But you don’t have to worry.

Hey Pebble, you are not crazy. I am having the same issue. I reformatted my computer today and I also am told I am banned on PC. I am able to log in on my Xbox, phone, and Tablet no issue though. Only the PC is the issue.
