wait r u talking about the expansion card that u plug in into the expansion slot on the back of the xbox series consoles or a seagate hard drive. the seagate expansion card to my knowledge cannot be plugged into a laptop
Hard drive
Did u format it for ur xbox. Also if u plug it into ur laptop i may reformat it again
Yes it has been and it shouldn't have reformatted it when i do plug it into my laptop i have to go to my disk manager
Where i see my cpu and such
I personally would not use a portable hdd on both pc and xbox. I use a hdd only for xbox and a hdd only 4 pc
Ya it’s a bit of a scam the way they market them for Xbox but the hard drives don’t support next gen games
Not really. The cheapest is mechanical drives and the slowest
Most of the newest games in the last 2 years requires a ssd to play games either on console or pc which is a lot faster than mechanical drives
Also these predate Series X|S consoles
Ya it is a scam the way they advertise them for All Games but not mentioning the small subtle fact that any triple aaa title don’t work on it. That is cheap they need to mention that or countless npcs like myself r gonna be buying it clueless to what I got into.
U better do the research on series consoles b4 u buy then lol
I dont i have one for each my drive for my xbox isn't registering on my Xbox but will on my pc so I'm asking why is it doing that and not registering for both as i had plugged it into my pc to see if it was the cord or if it was broken or something with my Xbox
