I’m trying to redeem my game pass code but I don’t have a cc or PayPal or any money at all to do reoccurring payments please help

just connect cc or paypal with ur gp code. it wont take any money out of ur cc or paypal. just turn off recurring billing when managing ur subscription. or just go to a local game store and buy a physical card
