I’ve tried to use the sync buttons both do them, but they’re not connecting and whenever I’ve tried restarting the console and controllers the same stuff happens

Yea I’m hitting both of the sync buttons

And this problem is happening with both of my controllers now, it used to be just 1 before this

mine sometimes does that out of the blue. Its normally okay though just have too restart or connect with a cable.

i just got my xbox and i have the same issue

it saus press and hold to turn on your controller but nothing happens lol

make sure you put new batteries in the controller and they are the right away. You press the big xbox button in the centre too turn it on and then press the bind button on top of the controller and on the console too connect it.

You can also use a Data USB cable as well

#controllers are not syncing
