Haven't gotten on my xbox for a while and there was an update I waited for it to finish tried to open it but sent me to troubleshooting pages and a restart won't work a reset brings me right back here and now I'm in a bad mood

What is your issue? Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
What troubleshooting have you tried? Please list everything you have attempted.
Have you researched your issue on the internet? If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If no to 2 and/or 3, please start there.

what error code does the console throw at you?

best bet is to perform a offline update using OSU1

It was e106 but then I did a restart a couple of times and it changed to e102 but j fixed it with a 100% factory reset and waited 10 hours for forza horizon 5 to install

So you did an offline install and it fixed it for awhile then it broke again?
Or is everything fixed and working properly now
