I’ve had my elite controller for less than half a year. I sent it in for support early late march early april, I received it back 1 week ago with half of the issues fixed which were the bumpers not working and the paddles being loose and inconsistent. I am very careful with my controller never dropped it and besides for being dirty it’s in near mint condition. I was experiencing the original issues for around 2 months before I decided to send it in. I would have preferred to get a straight replacement because of all the problems I was having but i was not able to get on. Now my controller is unusable because whenever I use both triggers or every 5 minutes my controller disconnects. It’s always full charge updated and plugged in I’ve tried everything, reconnecting it updating the console nothing works. I called support last Sunday because I wanted to know what I should do and I just got another support order on my account. I’m not looking for a fix I’m looking for a complete replacement because by the time I get the controller back I would not have played for nearly a month on games I use controller on. I am also not wanting to get it back with another issue. I have no other controller that works anymore which is the main problem and it just makes me resort to only playing games on keyboard but most games don’t even support m&K. So my options are sending my roller in for 3 weeks and possibly getting it completely fixed or it comes back worse than before. Any help/recommendations would really help because this is getting annoying spending 190$ on a controller and after moderate use it no longer works like it’s supposed to then after a “fixing” it’s unusable.
